Instructions:

1. First, place two slices of the salmon aside to use as a garnish.

2. Then, add the eggs and heavy cream to a large bowl. Whisk until evenly beaten.

3. Add half of the chopped chives into the egg mixture. Season with a dash of salt and black pepper.

4. Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add in the butter and once the butter is melted add in the eggs. Cook for 3 minutes or until the eggs are fully scrambled.

5. Add in the salmon and stir well to mix. Continue to cook until the eggs are set.

6. Remove and garnish with the chives and remaining salmon. Serve.
